So I just got my Aztek (2004) the other day and it came with only one key, which I have learned is a chip key (PK3). I also understand that originally there would have been a fob too? Is that correct? If so was there an Aztek specific one or would any generic GM replacement one work? Can anyone show me a picture of an original so I can at least match the style? Is it possible to order an original anywhere or are generics my only option? How do I program them to the car?

Also, I have only one key and have to get at least a couple more, where is the best place to find replacement blanks? And once I get them cut how do I bind them to the car?

Ideally I want to avoid going to a GM dealer as I don’t feel like spending $200 per key or whatever asinine price they want to charge.

Find a local automotive locksmith for keys and ask if they can program Fob. Fobs can be found online and owners manual shows what they look like.
