whenever my car starts to warm up it starts doing this lag. no turbos mainly stock. When i take off in first it lags back and acts like it wants to stall then suddenly all the power kicks in. I know its not the ca, and i just replaced the o2 sensor.

Dirty leaking injector can cause that problem too.

Thats what i was thinking. I was also thinking it could be a foul on the plugs. I replaced them but it still happens. I found one with oil on the tip and 1 or 2 with oil around the thread.

If oil is fouling the plugs then you need new valve stem seals. Depending on mileage it may be better to just take the heads to a shop and have them recondition them (clean, port, valve job, new seals, etc.)
