License Plate Lights - How do I replace?

How do I replace the license plate lights on my 2003 Pontiac Montana? Do I have to remove the interior panel?

They are the easy to replace. From the outside up above the license plate near the handle for the hatch you will find 2 light bulbs behind plastic protectors , there is 2 screws that hold each one on if memory serves me it is a torx head . Also check out this thread
