hello i've got a ?. my cousins took a 96 trans am and put the running gear including column and computer into a96 six cylinder fire bird worked great until they lost the keys.our local dealership wont make them a key even though they have the vin # off the ta.is there a way they can go around the security system.we've been told they can have the computer reflash so they can use the original firebird column.we do':confusednt usualy build newer cars its got everyone confused.
