Low rough idle starts and dies immediately worse with throttle

Alright I have a 96 grand am gt v6 . At the moment the problem I've exsperienced is I was driving along and out of the blue with no warning it cuts out and dies it will start but won't hold idel. No lights are on. Pump sounds like it's kicking . Tune up fairy new . Alot work has been done to this car . Pressure regulator is fine injectors are clear iac is fine tps is fine I'm not getting crap for fuel pressure out of the shrader valve when we tested it the first time I had a ton of air in it and some fuel the second test after a few hits we got absolutely nothing I need a little help tracking this one down as there's no lights or warnings to go off of any help would be great
 
clogged fuel filter or failed fuel pump/pickup.
 
Is this issue solved? I'm having same problem on 92 grand prix,,,3.1

Have you done a fuel pressure test?

Yes no code but check engine light on and fuel light and temperature light battery light after car starts for 3 seconds

Are you saying when the engine is running you have a check engine light on?

Yes but it won't stay running more than 3 seconds

I had the exact same symptoms on my 2005 v6, turned out to be either an ignition control module or coils. I found a $70 set on Amazon, MAS Ignition Coil Pack GD1998A, it seems to be working just fine so far.
