Manual Transmition noise

I have a 4speed manual Transmition and there is a winding noise when I'm 2nd gear only

Check fluid level and how clean it is.
GM sells a manual trans fluid that is called "Synchromesh" That works great. makes shifting easier and quieter. If your fluid is the right level and clean, you could have a bad 2nd gear synchro.

I had just put new fluid in it because I changed my cv. Started driving it for awhile and it started happening
