Misfire one Cyl 5 on Firebird v6 112,000 miles?

i have a misfire on cylinder 5, i dont have time to fix it this week but i need the car, can i drive it?
 
Not a good idea to drive on 5 cylinders. If you haven't replaced the plugs, wires, cap and rotor, that is a good place to start.
