Missing part 87 2.0 Turbo

I got talked into finishing a head gasket job started by someone else and have an empty port on the head with nothing to go there. The port is near the alternator. Also there is no hold down mount for the fuel rail. I don't have access to another motor to look at and haven't found images on the internet of the area I need to see. I am posting an image of the port so hopefully someone can tell me what is missing or even post an image with this area complete. Thanks
