A few things. get a cheaper tire with less traction, install a line-lock (this will keep application pressure on the front brakes only while it releases the rears). It is commonly found on the handle of a Hurst shifter.

I have a v8 in my firebird and can't burn out unless my foot is on the brake. what can i do to get more torque?
