Mufflers for 67 GTO

New to the forum, I thank all who respond with assistance and guidance. Own a 67 Conv. 67 GTO. The original owner replaced the mufflers with some Flowmaster 40 series mufflers. The sound in my opinion is too loud and not anywhere close to original.

Any recommendations on what mufflers(manufacturer and model) would come closer to sounding like the original sound would be appreciated.
