my 1999 pontiac sunfire will not start?

i just replaced the starter and battery i am lost someone please help

Your post brings up several questions. Did you do the work, or did someone else? Does the starter engage? Have you made sure the battery has a full charge? Are all the connections tight? I take it the battery is new as well as the starter.
