No easy way to troubleshoot long distance. Suggest to find the motor, check if it is getting the signal to open, and inspect for any drive actuator damage.
If the motor is not getting power, suspect a fuse, switch, or some kind of interlock problem. Fuses and switches are pretty easy to check, beyond that it would be good to have a wiring diagram.
Will it still open manualy?
if it opens manualy check the fuse(s) there are more than one that control the door ..I would check anything that may have recently blown like possibly an accessory port where a cell phone was plugged in may have shorted
I used to see that one alot with that type of vehicle
there is a reset operation for the door that may be in your manual (if you have it) try that after making sure the fuses are Ok ..
also make sure nothing is stuck in the door opening or rails the door rides on that would cause it to get stopped ...
