My 2002 Sunfire SE wont start!! D:

*I just recently replaced my O2 sensor and nothing got fixed i still have P0141 on my dash.

*I drove my car to the store today and i got back to the car and it didnt start. the fuel pump wont prime and none of the electronics with start. i tried to jump and push start it and nothing worked....im at my wits end with this car!!! help please

remove the battery and have it tested
