Hi !

I got my new car, 1979 Pontiac Firebird Redbird Esprit, 95% stock i think. I don't know much about Pontiacs, but i have heard that '79 Redbird Esprits are rear in hole world ?

But i want to hear the truth ;)

All pictures, articles and other information about Redbird Esprits are welcome.

Its not the rarest of the birds, but it is a nice rare car, It looks in nice shape, dont look like the ignition wires, or the manifold are stock, maybe they are just been re painted, but it looks a little aftermarket. Valve covers are defenitly new, looks like who ever owned that car took good care of her, also it has headers, not stock exhaust, so your probably right, 95% stock, but it has the usual mods, enjoy the car, and welcome to the Forum.
 
paint is original. its not re-painted. and im glad that the rims are okei, the gold stripes are okay etc. i'm planning to restore the original. only the engine is replaced. in original there was 5.0 (i've heard) but mine has 5.7 and i wont change it. I have already original exhaust.

i live in Europe, and here this is rare car. anybody heard something country like Estonia ?..i guess not.
 
I have heard of Estonia. Not quite sure where it is though. I am guessing near Greece.
