what to do? the water keeps spilling from the top of the radiator and when it spills most of the water the car begins to overheat. the water was a dark brown color at first. i recently cleaned the water and it keeps doing the same but now it comes more clear. when it spills most of the water the car gets too hot and the water starts spilling from the cap of the radiator. the fan is working perfectly. help!!!

You either need a new radiator cap or a new radiator. You could try using a "stop leak", but they seldom work. It's worth a try though, most are under $5.
Could also be your thermostat is not working properly. Change the thermostat and see what happens.

You may also have a head gasket issue, the radiator cap is made to release pressure when it sees too much pressure, if the head gasket is going it will overheat and push water (coolant) past the cap and overflow..
you probably should take it in and have it checked by a service tech before it gets worse..
