My Pontiac sunfire stalls when i press the gas what is it?

i have changed the fuel pump
then it still did it stalled
asked on yahoo answers
they said to change the fuel filter
changed it today
it helped alot that thing was so clogged up
but at 3thousand rpm it does the same thing
i cvhanged my spark plugs 2 years ago
and its a 2003 pontiac sunfire 2.2 ohv
