I'll try to describe what I think I'm seeing in these pics,

Picture 1: the Large tube is part of the original PCV system. If that car has been through the Recall it should not connect to anything, there should be another PCV tube that connects the front Valve cover to the flexible Intake tube.

Picture 2: Other end of the original PCV system, and the Intake Temperature Sensor. You are missing the Air Filter Canister, Canister Bracket, and Flexible Intake Coupler tube in that image.

Picture 3: Alternator cooling tube. When the Radiator Fan is Running, a fan in the Trunk, under the trunk carpet on the right side, should also come on and blow air through that tube.

Picture 4: Coil cooling tube, operates same as alternator cooling tube.

Picture 5: Air canister end of the original PCV system, once again if the car was through recall that should not get used.

Picture 6: Intake Air Temperature sensor, should screw into the air filter canister that is missing.

Hope this helps.
