Need a fuel sending unit for a 1982 Firebird

Help! I have looked everywhere for a fuel sending unit for a 1982 firebird t/a 305 4 barrel.It seems everyone stops at 1981, then continues with the 85 model year. Any thoughts? Thanks for your time.

and they dont send parts via UPS, Fed Ex, etc. ?

None available. What I'm confused about is why no parts places list them, it's like those year models where dropped or something.

Contact a parts supplier such as this one, if it was a one year only item that may explain why no one is making it. By the may I just did a search at the link I provided , www.car-parts.com, and found one in Florida.
