Need help 2003 Pontiac Aztec. No breaks, lost them sitting. Not loosing fluid and has no peddle

Breaks went out while sitting with other problems. Moved it the other day and had no breaks and no peddle. Resivour is full of fluid. Nob e break either

If the pedal goes to the floor and you are positive you have no leaks, you can try bleeding the system but the brake master is probably the cause of the problem.
