Need help identifying engine

Im looking to buy my first firebird but Im not sure if the engine is original. The code is 516603 WP. This is in a 1969 firebird convertible advertised with a 350 HO motor. Something doesn't seem right. Any help? Thank you.

Best I can find is this for all "WP" code Engines:

Your code ( 516603) does not exist. Could be a factory warranty replacement block.

As you can see, the only FBody ( Firebird ) listed WP engines were in 71 and 73, The rest were basicly Lemans with 1 Full Size Pontiac B Body.

All WP blocks were for Standard Shift cars. Not Automatics.

The 516603 should match the last 6 digits of the vehicle VIN. As stated above this engine did not come in the 69 Firebird, see the link below. Another case of buyer beware!

Ask the owner where the motor is, cause these are the ones he claims should be in it :

WK F-body 69 350 325 4-speed L-76 1x4 9790079 2 HO
WN F-body 69 350 325 4-speed L-76 1x4 9790079 2 int seat 45 HO
XD F-body 69 350 325 Turbo 400 L-76 1x4 9790079 2 int seat 45 HO

Should have a 9790079 engine casting code if its a true 350 HO.
