Drove through a 6 inch puddle of water in a storm. The car made it 30 miles home with no engine trouble whatsoever. But when I went to start it the next morning, it wouldn't click or even turn over. I could hear the fuel pump come on. I checked the voltage from the battery to the alternator and starter. It read 12.67 volts on both. I was told I most likely fried the starter. I replaced it and I'm still have the same problem everything comes on, but the starter doesn't engage, click or anything. Please help.
