Hi, recently my clutch cylinder start to leak so i've change it, but now i can't pass my gear ONLY when the engine is on, when the engine is off i can pass all my speed and the reverse. I've change de cylinder 3 times before get a good one, i've also changed the clutch, the pressure plate and the master cylinder clutch. With a friend we have bleed the system until all the air is out.... I don't know what to do, can somebody help me, please!?

Thanks!!

Did you try a vacuum pump to bleed the master? That is the recommended GM procedure.

Clutch BLEEDING Procedure

Do not use fluid which has been bled from a system to fill the reservoir as it may be aerated, have too much moisture content or possibly be contaminated. Clean the dirt and grease from the cap to ensure that no foreign substances enter the system. It is also important to maintain the fluid level in the clutch reservoir to the top step with hydraulic clutch fluid Hydraulic Clutch Fluid GM P/N 12345347 or equivalent.
  1. Attach a hose to the bleeder screw on the clutch actuator assembly hand submerge the other end of the hose in a container of hydraulic clutch fluid
  2. Depress the clutch pedal slowly and hold.
  3. Loosen the bleeder screw to purge air.
  4. Tighten the bleeder screw to 18 inch lbs. (2 Nm).
  5. Let up on the clutch pedal.
  6. Repeat Steps 2 through 5 until all air is purged from the system.
  7. Fill the reservoir to the top step with hydraulic clutch fluid.
  8. Repeat this bleeding procedure if there is a grinding noise during the clutch spin down procedure.

I don't... I was on the car and my friend under the hood... I'll try it with the pump🤔

Hi! I've done the bleeding with a pump and nothing change...😥😥

Are you using new parts?
Why did you have to buy 3 slave cylinders ?
If i bought 2 bad ones, the 3rd one would be purchased from a different supplier.

Yes all parts were new, i've bought the first one from carquest and the 2 others from Rockauto. The first one wasn't moving when i push the pedal, the second was leaking and the third is good.... I'll try a master cylinder from gm and see what's going on next!!!
