Need help with overheating and thumping noise under dashboard

I'm at my wits end with this issue of overheating, I've changed or replaced everything I and YouTube can think of, the manifold intake gaskets, water pump, thermostat, radiator cap, the runoff tank and all the hoses, and still the coolant gets pushed into the runoff tank and then it overheats within 3 miles from start, and now there is a thumping under the dash before the engine starts. Someone please help me figure this out

Have you done a compression test?
Have you flushed the cooling system with a cleaner?
Did you test the thermostat in a pot of water slowly brought to boil?
Do the engine fans work?
Did you pressure test the cooling system?
The noise could be motor mount or exhaust related.

Everything but the pressure tests, the thumping happenswhen you first open the door or before you start the engine
