New Grand Am,couple issues

Hey all,new to this forum as I really am a Ford Guy,but as strange as it is,I got a 1994 Grand Am SE yesterday unexpectedly.
The Car has the 3.1 V6 in it.
The Car runs and drives fairly well,with the exception of at idle,in drive the idle is surging lightly.
A quick search on the net,makes me believe this is the IAC or possibly an o2 sensor.
Where is the IAC located?
Do our Cars use a MAF and if so,where is that located?
If anyone has pics,it would be greatly appreciated.

Info on MAF, i see no listing for your car You migtht want to look into this and have you already done the basic tuneup items, fuel filter, air filer, plugs, wires, etc.
