• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... Hi Folks,

My name is Brian and I acquired a beautifully restored '66 GTO post coupe back in June. I have attached a pic from a local car show.....Although it is back to original factory condition(except for the color), it is not a trailer queen, and I try to drive it at lease once a week(weather permitting). I am a firm believer that these cars need to be driven no matter how nice they have been restored. Here to soak up as much info as possible on these cars....

This is my second go round with a goat. My first car was a '66 convertible that I bought from my old man's friend for 500 bucks back in 1977.

welcome to the forum, looks like you found a really nice GTO.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. Wow. You inherited a 66 GTO. It Is Beautiful! Thank you for posting the picture. And ya know what? Thank you for driving it! :p It needs to be seen. Such a shame for some of these cars being saved as garage queens...
