• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... Hello everybody, I'm new to the forum and just purchased my first pontiac, it's a 85 firebird, I just bought it yesterday and it is a really nice car to drive, I got it for a steal for $800 and the only problems is it needs a tune up, MIL light (check engine light) replaced, and the motor mounts replaced. It's a 6 cylinder, has 147xxx miles, aftermarket exhausts, and it sounds mean when the engine starts. I bought it as a daily driver, I have a 97 mercedes with relatively low miles and want to use it as a weekend driver. Overall I am really satisfied with the firebird, I'm not a big fan of camaros, my favorite pontiacs are the fiero mera and the trans am, especially the mid 80's trans ams =]

Vehicles I own:

97 merceds c280
85 pontiac firebird

Vehicles I've previously owned:

97 explorer xlt
96 buick park avenue
87 Plymoth grand voyager

Thanks everybody, look foward to future discussions! =]
