If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... Hi there,

It's funny how life works...I never thought I'd be driving a Grand Prix a month ago, yet here I am making my first post as a new Grand Prix owner!

A little about me...I'm studying Industrial Design in Detroit, Mi. I'm 20 and as my program suggests, like to draw, among other artistic things. I run a detailing business in the summers, and just like getting my hands dirty in general!

I have fond memories of my Dad's fire engine red 1994 Bonneville SSEi as a kid, and have always had a soft spot for Pontiacs of that vintage (although their latest stuff gets me goin' too).

I am driving this Grand Prix not necessarily by choice, but that is not to say that I am suprised how much the car has come over me in the short time i've had it.

Having been in a collision with my "all-time adolecent dream car", my Ford SVT Contour, I needed a car fast. This 1990 Grand Prix SE caught my eye on a lot of otherwise tired old used cars. With all the toys I could imagine, and only 100000 mile on the odo., $1500 took her home.

The car is the poster car for the W-bodys inagural 1988 model year. White with a red trim strip, and white wheels. Although the outside is a little weathered (but still respectable), the interior is flawless. The 3.1 needed some cobbwebs run out of it, but still runs great for a 17 year old car.

I guess the bottom line is that I'm a new Grand Prix owner, and am dumb founded by how much I like this car, considering I was expecting to buy just an old bomb! It brings back alot of memories of the Pontiac we had when I was growing up, and seems to be a great car so far!

Nice to find a resource such as this site,
Scott
