I have air coming out of the driver side it is just not cold like the passenger side. The rear is good also. Any ideas what i can do? I am assuming it is a stuck door or non functioning actuator but i have no idea where it would be. Nothing in my haynes book either.

Is it just the panel to the left of the wheel or the entire driver's side?

I have a 2001 Montana with a weak far-left panel. I put my hand within an inch of it, I can feel air. Beyond that, no air. Dunno if something is clogged.

My 99 does the exact same thing. Of the 3 center vents, the far left does not get as cold as the far right and the vent by the drivers door is not as cold also. Does anyone have a diagram of the heater box?

Now that you guys are writing about, it it seems when I select the front vent position I don't think I get enough air flow from them and of course the far left vent does seem under powered.I think lexisdad is right we need a diagram. In fact what we need is a electronic file of a gm montana service manual that would clear up a lot of issues around here.

I checked mitchells ondemand and they have a generic picture of the heater box, but nothing with the vent tubes. I may run down to school this week and get on GM ESI and get the figures we need.
