No power windows, heat or dash lights

I have a 2001 pontiac grand am. 4 cyl. With 200,000 miles on it. Just started having a problem with it in the morning when it is cold outside where after i start the car, i have no heat or power windows. Also no lights on the dash that i have seen work except for the service engine soon light. After the car warms up everything just seems to start working. When this happens the service engin soon light goes out and it doesn't record any type of code. I was wondering if it was a relay somewhere sticking. And wondering what everyone else thought.

The computer should store the code in history, have you had it scanned? How old is the battery?

battery is less than 2mths old. yes I had it scanned and the mechanic said that there were no codes.

You could have the mechanic check the connections to the underhood fuse box for corrosion. Still puzzled why he doesnt see a code stored in history.
