No signals or hazards

2006 torrent, I have replaced the heater core, thermostat and head gasket. Now the signal lights and hazards don't work. Any ideas?
I have changed the fuses and still have no ding when signal lights should be on.

Before the head gasket was fixed I could not turn the key at all and I had the car towed to the shop. Not sure what happened, but now that the head gasket is fixed the signal and hazards are broken. I can start the car and the key does not stick anymore like it did before the head gasket job. Not sure what has changed.

did the lights and hazards work before all the work was done to the vehicle and did you do the work or a shop did the work? did you check the flasher relay?

The car would not start before the head gasket was done. All the work was done at a shop. Where is the flasher relay?

I have no "flasher relay" in my manual.

look on page 435 where they list the relays
