No spark but have fuel in cylinders 1 & 3 and they are both on separate coils. 97 grand am gt 2.4 5 speed Help me

It starts and runs but has backfire on idle. Slow revs I’ve changed fuel pressure regulator no change camshaft position sensor no change I have crank position sensor haven’t put that in yet. I have ignition on cylinder 2 and 4 but not in 1 and 3. But I do have fuel going to all cylinders

So why not follow the no start diagnosis it may point out something you missed? ICM, bad coil, etc.?

Tested coils both are at 1.5 & 1.6. Had icm tested as well. It’s healthy. I’m getting a lot of ignition coil housing replies other places but idk
