Hi,
I Have a 1984 Indy, same family since new..The most recent problem is It won't start, Currently there is no response from key when turned on or start.. no dash lights ww wipers etc..Headlights work , emergency flashers work, dome lights work, horn works, car cranks fine manually by jumping starter solenoid. The clutch switch has been bypassed. I am tracing 2 fusible links..One is wired from the battery to the hot wire that goes to the alternator but the fused end seems to go no where..The other which is in the same bundle was not attached (to power) and goes to a small connector at a bundle under the intake manifold on the drivers side..I put 12 volts on it and nothing..It is blowing fuse #6 ..Headlights work but tail lights don't .I am not sure if this is related..But it's a Fiero so who knows..Any suggestions will be appreciated... I guess it's time for the meter and diagrams...never a good sign....
Thanks
Marc Mc.
