no start

when i try to start van it makes no attempt you can hear the fuel pump kick in and when i go full start a small click comes from golve box area and all gauges bottom out below zero and go bact to zero have checked the battery and all fuses under hood all looks good had similar problem but got new alternator and battery and was fixed now i washed the van and the next thing it wont start. wtf?

did you check for a loose battery connection? did you check if your headlights come on full brightness?
