Non Powered Sliding Door - Wont Stay Open

I have searched and not found an answer. I am hoping that someone will know how to adjust the sliding door so that it stays in the open position. The door wants to close too easily. Yesterday it hit my daughters shoulder while closing.

Hi !
I realized that you have the power sliding door is not fixed ?
You to try so ......
Clean the contacts on the leading edge of the door and in the body opening.
Remove the power sliding door PSD fuse for 30 seconds.
Reinstall fuse.
Use the power sliding door button to open and close the door 2 full times.
If this does not work , door will most likely require an adjustment.

Thanks for the reply. Perhaps I should have stated that it is not a power door. I need it to stay open better.

Somewhere located on the van is an adjustment I just can't remember.

Something about a adjustment screw where the door locks into place.
