NOS 70 LeMans front bumper value?

Okay, I have a NOS front bumper for a 1970 LeMans still in its wrapper, I believe it was triple show chrome plated when it was new by the person who bought it in 70'. (they shipped it out and had it triple show chrome'd after buying it but never did anything with it afterwards)

What could I expect to get for it? It was never bolted on a car, its NOS and 70 front bumpers are really hard to find, let alone NOS. Still in its wrapper in brand new condition.

Already looked around, can't find anything at all. Closest I found was a rear bumper NOS triple chromed for $1500. Didn't find any NOS front bumpers for a 70'.

Does being triple show chromed hurt or up value by much? or does that just depend on the person?

Is that a GTO or Enduro LeMans in your member pic? Really nice, looks alot like mine did when it was new.

when looking for a price on e-bay for that period of time I would also look at other GM A bodies like a Cutlass or Chevelle for a ball-park figure. I dont know if I would mention that it is triple chrome plated it may sway price one way or another but discourage a person looking for NOS. The car in the pic. is a 71 GTO

I bought a 70s front bumper for mine and it being rechromed I found on average it was 300-400 dollars.

Yes, but I am guessing that the one you got re-chromed wasn't a NOS bumper, correct?

I'm not 100% sure it was tripple show rechromed but I do believe it was, the guy I got it off of said that he bought it new from Pontiac in the early 70s (70-71? not sure of the year) and said he shipped it off to California right away to have it tripple show chromed. I do however know it is a NOS bumper. Never even bolted to a car.
