O2 by pass

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW I CAN BYPASS MY SECONDARY O2 SENSORS SO i CAN GUT MY CAT WITH OUT SETTING A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT , SOMEONE TOLD ME I COULD DO THIS WITH RESISTORS BUT DIDNT HAVE ANYMORE INFO THAN THAT ! PLEASE HELP THIS LIGHT IS DRIVING ME NUTS !

You can get an O2 simulator to make the light go out.
