Did you contact whomever rebuilt the engine assuming you didn't do it yourself?
What is a lot of oil, how much in how many miles?
How many miles since the rebuild?
What viscosity oil are you using and conventional or synthetic?
You checked for leaks?
Assuming you have a PCV valve, is it the correct one?
