oil pressure gauge and fuel gauge keeps shaking

Hello everyone,the oil pressure gauge and fuel gauge keeps shaking on my 78 trans am,
i don't know or this is the right word,but i think that the voltage stabilizer is not working good,
has anyone maybe an idea?
(sorry for my bad english,i'm from the Netherlands)

I assume you meant voltage regulator.
Did you test the alternator output?

I replace the 2 gauges and the problem is solved, thanks for the reaction,
