Oil Pump issues

Is it hard to change out an oil pump? Is it difficult to remove oil pan? Is it crazy to keep this van?

oil pump ? really never talked about an oil pump no one's ever brought up the subject. what is the van doing or do you know for sure its an oil pump ?

I took the front valve cover off and started it and there was no oil pumping to the top of the motor.

Did you hear a knocking noise while the engine was running? Why did you remove the valve cover? Shouldnt you hook up an oil pressure tester before you start tearing things apart?

It was the easiest thing that I knew how to do. I removed oil pan and cleaned put pick up tube. Do I need to prime the engine if I only took off tube?

no you dont have to
