Oil smell in cabin

I have a 2006 Torrent and I have an oil smell in the cabin when I run the fan. Can anyone tell me what this might be caused by?

did you spill oil on the engine when you did your last oil change? because, that will cause that smell.

Are you sure that smell like oil? have you check your carpet see if is not wet and oily? maybe smell like coolan.

i've read somewhere it is a problem with the heating/ A/C. mold being build up due to some type of condensation.
