Old seat belt retractor

People,

Wondering if any of the members here have had to replace a seat belt retractor. My passenger side front is not retracting at all now. is it tiem for a replacement, maybe a universal? Has anyone here had to don this and can you post a link to say, a source from ebay, or amazon? I would rather buy one from a source that a member her has had good luck with.

I heard of JBody .org guys spraying lube inside them, but haven't done it myself..

Thanks, Doug. Sorry for late reply. Now the big thing is that even if I buy a new set, I cant even get the old shoulder belt out. The belt retractor assembly is connected to an electrical wire, that is embedded in the door frame. It has a pin on a spring that depresses when door is shut. How do we get that disconnected? Theres a round black trim piece around the pin, but no way to pop it out. I have not forced it yet for fear of damaging it.

And then theres the mystery of how to weave the belt out of the plastic quarter panel, in back seat. Just a sliver of a crack but the belt and its steel parts will not fit through it. What a job.
