Onstar not working 2007 montana

My onstar is not working it has no signal so I started looking for the modual to check the wiring and I can't find it. Does anybody out there know where the modual is located on 07 montana any info would be great thanks

Did you call Onstar to confirm they have you as an active subscriber?
