P0121 on Torrent 2007

I have a 2007 Torrent with this code plus engine service light.
P0121 - Throttle Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Range/Performance Problem

if you fixed your Torrent having this code, I would like to poll what you did to fix it please.
did you replace the TPS? Clean the TPS? bad connector? bad PCM? or...
