Patching rust holes on body with out patch panels

I have a few rust hole on my Lemans, anyone got tips on patching instead of putting a whole new panel?

I did before i came here, and google gives me searchs like The determined imagineer, NPD auto, 7 ways to be a smart driver..... Yea never helps

not sure what search words you are using I just put in "welding auto body patch panels" and came up with videos on how to do it.
