I've had problems with my driver's side window not going up all the way or sticking up. I've had a local mechanic replace all the parts and it's still not working correctly. I now have an appt with a Chevrolet dealer and I don't want to have to pay for new parts I don't need. What do I need to say to the dealership?

My drivers side window does the same thing. I have always just helped it on up so it wouldn't get off line or strain the motor that raises it up. haven't had mine but about a year but I've noticed if it is raining or damp it rolls up great. I think it's the rubber on mine its gotten hard with time. I have asked if there is something you can condition it with but haven't talked to anyone who knows. I know how to do the interior with armor all but I'm sure that would make a film on the window.
