pontiac aztek 04 wont start?

Car started not wanting to start & replaced battery. kept on with not wanting to start so had starter replace twice now & had bench tested to make sure I have a good one. Took to a mechanic sd no signal from ignition to ecm & that ecm bad, he put wire in relay for crank and touched to metal to get car to start & drove home and ordered new ecm, installed already programmed & did the security reset, still will not start. Does anyone have any suggestions? Car will not crank, no noise other than fuses clicking when key is turned. Have pulled center console do not see bad wires, under car by drivers door these connectors are fine. I am in CA, car has not been wet.

not a clue but could it be in the ignition switch like maybe the wire is grounding in the column. or could the key be worn? or the chip in the key not working.
check the recalls for the van/car might be one for this issue. have it hooked up to a computer and see if it gives a code that might help. check the simple stuff like grounds and terminals they might be corroded or loose.
do a carfax and see if it has been in a wreck that might give you a starting place.
