Now i know my next steps but dont know where to get the parts.

as for the wiring how do i get them to match up. do they make an adapter or do u have to manually wire them together?

There are two places that are well versed in 3800 swaps.
Ryan at Sinister Performance ( http://www.gmtuners.com/ ) can help you with the install, wiring, and programming advice.
He also has a 3800 swap guide online as well: http://www.gmtuners.com/swap/3800.htm

West Coast Fiero makes a lot of the brackets and wiring parts used in the swap.

Here is the typical parts list: http://www.westcoastfiero.com/engine_conversions/conversion_info_3800sc-auto-ac.html

Both places have done numerous swaps and offer technical advice on doing the swap yourself. Hope these help.
