Pontiac Fiero...

...Racer? This is a serious question so only serious answers please.

I am so sick of seeing stupid little kids trying to act cool, racing Civics with like 10K in aftermarket parts in them, so I am looking for an alternative that will blow the civic away. I was thinking about getting a Fiero and adding a custom ram air intake, exhaust, and a turbo (along with a few other minor mods). I want to do this for under 15K, including the cost of the car. Do you think that I stand a chance against the civics and are there any pitfalls I should be aware of when working on a Fiero?

You wont do that for under 15 k with the price of the car... unless you bought a real peice of crap... You really want to smoke those rice burners?? Drop in a pontiac or chev 3.8 V6 in that car, it has been done plenty... put a chip, exhausts, intake, youll be running 250plus horse, out of a car that weighs less than those jap crap, and you can keep it looking pretty stock... Those rice burning yuppy cars wont stand a chance... PS, I have also heard of people dropping a 350 in these cars.. Though I dont know how that could be done...but imagine the power of that beast!!!
