pontiac firebird 1989 engine shaking?

Do you have a check engine light on? You may have a vacuum leak. Fuel pressure regulator may not be working, do you see gas in the vacuum line connecting to the regulator? Do you perform normal maintenance, fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs?

fuel filter changed new.how i can understand that fuel pressure is not working?what did u mean by the do i see gas in the vacuum line connecting to the regulator?
 
If the rubber diaphgram in the regulator developes a hole, gasoline with leak out into the vacuum line connected to the regulator, causing the engine to run rich.

Hello.yes the car was flashing engine check light.but spark plugs changed amd fuel filter.amd yes there s have gas between regulator to vacuum line
 
You need the code scanned and the regulator replaced.
 
A flashing CEL means it is missing enough to damage the catalytic converter.
