pontiac firebird horn goes off while driving?

The horn for my 1995 pontiac Firebird continuously goes off while i am driving without me pressing it, and it seems like it has to do with my turn signals (when i turn my right one on, it does not automatically unclick after i finish turning, and i have to do so manually). I have no idea why it is doing this, nor how to fix it

it could be that the broken component in the turn signal switch is grounding the horn circuit. replace the turn signal switch
